Can't lose weight

I've been trying to lose weight for years, but I can't keep it down. I now need to lose weight before surgery on my knees. what can I do?

I would tap on the "I can't keep it down". That has meaning underneath it. How you see weight will determine how the weight operates. It sounds like a battle with weight as if it had a will of its own. Do you feel responsible for it or not? "It is out of my control.").

The beliefs around the weight will need to be released so they don't block your intention.
