Can I use something hand held to help me tap?

Can I tap using something held in my hand, as I have severe RA, & my range of motion is limited, plus I cannot get 2 fingers together in the suggested position?

Yes, if you are unable to use your fingers to tap, you can use anything else. Once your mind is familiar with the points, you can even just visualize tapping the points to get the same effect without physically tapping.
